You can get started by contacting us via email with a brief overview of your project. We will follow up with questions and a request for an initial meeting to ensure that we are a great fit for you and to better understand your project needs and budget.

Turnaround times vary by project scope. Graphic design work and portraits may take a few days. Simple animations may take a week, while more detailed or longer animations could take up to seven weeks.

Most projects include 2-3 revision rounds, and no more than 5. Additional changes beyond that will incur an additional fee, which will be communicated before moving forward.

We aim for client satisfaction throughout the entire process and heavily focus on client collaboration at each phase of the project. If you're unhappy with the direction after the first draft, we can adjust accordingly to modify and revise the project to your liking during a meeting review. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on how far along the project is.
