Physical Products
(Art Prints, T-Shirts, Crewnecks, Mugs, Accessories)
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for physical products under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
Not Eligible for Return:
Sale or clearance items
Custom or made-to-order items
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at keelanrodgers@kerovc.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo—we’ll make it right.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, all service sales are final. This includes:

If you are unsatisfied with the final product, please contact us at keelanrodgers@kerovc.com within 5 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve any issues or provide reasonable revisions per your service agreement.
