  • We specialize in 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, mixed media, character animation, explainer and educational videos, logo animations, custom animation for social media, websites, and educational curriculum, as well as graphic design and digital portraits.

  • Cost depends on the service, project scope, complexity, length, and style of the project. We offer competitive flat rate options that are bundled in packages, which is detailed on our services page. Contact us for additional questions or to get a custom quote relative to your project.

  • You can get started by contacting us via email with a brief overview of your project. We will follow up with questions and a request for an initial meeting to ensure that we are a great fit for you and to better understand your project needs and budget.

  • Turnaround times vary by project scope. Graphic design work and portraits may take a few days. Simple animations may take a week, while more detailed or longer animations could take up to seven weeks. 

  • "File formats vary based on the selected service. Animations are typically delivered as MP4 files, while illustrations or digital portraits are provided in PNG, JPEG, or TIFF formats, depending on the client's request."

  • Most projects include 2-3 revision rounds, and no more than 5. Additional changes beyond that will incur an additional fee, which will be communicated before moving forward.

  • We aim for client satisfaction throughout the entire process and heavily focus on client collaboration at each phase of the project. If you're unhappy with the direction after the first draft, we can adjust accordingly to modify and revise the project to your liking during a meeting review. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on how far along the project is.

  • Yes, our priority at KVC is to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients. Whether we're your go-to animator or regular content creator, we're open to contract options.
